•Campaign Management:
● Plan, execute, and optimise targeted campaigns using Emarsys to engage and retain customers for long term
● Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Segmentation and Personalization:
● Utilize Emarsys features to create customer segments based on behaviour, preferences, and demographics.
Data Analysis:
● Monitor and analyze the CRM data to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for further improvement.
● Generate regular reports on CRM and Emarsys performance. Automation:
● Implement automation workflows using Emarsys to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
● Lead the email marketing efforts, including planning, designing,executing, and analyzing email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
A/B Testing:
● Implement A/B testing and conduct post-campaign analysis to refine CRM strategies, continually improving performance.
CRM Tools/Vendor Collaboration:
●Work closely with CRM vendors: Should have strong knowledge in using e-CRM platforms such as Moengage, Clevertap preferably Emarsys.
📌 Skills and Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, email marketing, or related roles.
– Proven track record of successfully developing and executing CRM strategies that resulted in increased customer engagement and transaction.
– Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and analytics..
– Exceptional communication and project management skills.
– Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
