Job Description :
- Processing of Reimbursement claims of Employees like benefit claims, travel (domestic/international) claims, payment vouchers, and Lease rent processing.
- Accounting & payment of claims. Handling Monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts closing activities including bank reconciliation, and vendor reconciliation.
- Ensuring quality processing & adherence to SLA/TAT
- Resolving HR/employee queries
- Coordination with HR & F&A department
- Support Help desk for critical queries of employees & HR
- System monitoring & driving automation/digitalization.
- Suggest & implementing process improvements as part of continual improvement plan.
- Monthly MIS preparations
- Preparation of presentation for Monthly review meetings
- Coordination with Internal/External Audit team, responding to their queries & responding to the audit report.
