📌 Roles and Responsibilities For the Advarra Customer Support Specialist:
•Connect Customer contact, mainly email and web tickets.
•Answer inbound phone calls and contact customers to resolve queries
•Record Document information in ticketing systems and provide the customer with information and updates.
•Problem determination – you will have access to knowledge databases and various tools to find the source of the problem you are faced with.
•Follow quality guidelines to ensure customer service is delivered at a standard and matches the right quality of the Longboat brand.
•Work closely with the Project Managers and team to set up the individual portals at project set-up by adding documents, users etc.
•Control all user access to the portals .
•Provide customer training of the Longboat portal.
•Update and maintain customer support process documents and Standard operating procedure
•Assist with the training and mentoring of new hires.
