Job Description :
- Managing, on a daily basis, end-to-end operations for multiple areas of a city. Executing the delivery process from delivery station to customer address.
- Meeting customer-facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding the safety and morale of the team working with you.
- Preparing and implementing training and development plans for delivery partners.
- Enhancing the operations metrics by providing expertise through ground insights and root cause analysis process.
- Ensuring enough bandwidth in the delivery team to ensure peak-time delivery management.
- Continuous improvement of the delivery process by managing projects, delivering project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Conducting audits for the delivery station/ areas on regular basis.
