Job Description :
- Responsible for building products and solutions for Offline or Online merchants.
- Merchant onboarding, merchant engagements via App – Paytm for Business, merchant communications,
- Helping the Online Merchants in resolving daily issues/concerns raised on Emails.
- Understanding Merchant issues and providing resolution within the defined TAT
- Handling Escalations from Online Merchants.
- Handling email/chat support.
