Job Description :
- providing on call and email support for employees across multiple locations in north and south America
trouble shooting technically composite issues related to microsoft outlook applications - Acting as the primary point of contact in helping with active directory, MS outlook ,VPN Network, Digital ID, voice Mail, optimal, Bit locker and SAP password resets adhering to client’s security policies
- Processing Hardware and Software requests from employees
- Attending the customer complaints and assign them to right engineers
- Maintain all necessary customer support documentation and file them on a regular basis
