📌Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Conduct the product Training for (NHT) New hire trainees to meesho
2. Develop and manage tracking and reporting on training progress
3. Build consultative User/Supplier handling skills to positively impact User/Supplier experience metrics
4. Create training materials (Training PPt, Training planner, capsule training etc.)
5. Coordinates with Internal team to stay in tune with business changes to ensure
training reflects business priorities of training and all the processes
6. Create assessment materials (PKT’s, Knowledge checks etc.) to benchmark team member performance
7. Preparing TNI (Training Need Identification) report to gauge the efficacy of the individual/process post training record
8. Design and reviewi a simplified version of process flow, call flow etc.
9. Keep doing research to introduce latest training methods to make it more interactive at the comfort of easy to learn
📌Skills Requirements:
-E-commerce/ BPO experience preferred
– Excellent communication and Presentation skills
– Language proficiency- English and Hindi
– Create assessment materials
– Preparing TNI
– Should be certified in instructional design(Course to design content
