Role – Executive – Admin Helpdesk team (On Fixed Term Contract for a year)
Answer In-bound calls from Deloitte Professionals or their Families on the Admin toll free number
Understand the query raised by the professional and provide guidance/solution
Raise the query to the supervisor if query is not resolved. Follow-up with professionals in cases wherever required.
Raise a ticket on basis of the call and capture details of the query for records.
Work Involves Working in Shifts.
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience with MS Office
