• Implementing various HRMS modules at various client locations across the globe along with the support of a Senior Implementer.
• Working along with Functional consultants in understanding the client requirements and helping in the preparation of gap document
• Understanding the client requirements and configuring the software to address these requirements.
• Uploading Client data into the software from existing software or Excel files
• Interfacing with the client for the entire duration of the project from kick-off to closure.
• Updating and reporting on the status of various installation projects that are being handled.
• Help in End-user Training, UAT & Post Implementation Support.
• Operational knowledge of SQL & Web applications will be an added advantage
