– Respond to customer queries on emails
– Emphasis on customer satisfaction
– Document customer interactions according to standard operating procedures ( SOP).
– Follow up customer calls where it js necessary
– Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
– Deal with the customer queries + issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution
– Responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
📌 Skills and Requirements:
-Active listening, verbal and written communication skills
– Basic knowledge of MS-Office – World, MS Excel.
– Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters smoothly.
