Participating in various projects as assigned and partnering with relevant teams to ensure the agenda is clearly understood to facilitate its delivery
Ensure risk/compliance guidelines are followed at all times while meeting business needs
Prompt escalation to the manager wherever necessary
Continuously improve product and service quality, enhance process controls, and ensure data quality
