✓ To guarantee optimal system availability, properly escalate tickets to senior technicians and notify vendors when they cannot be addressed by SOPs.

✓ Finish daily Quality Assurance reports by SOPs every time.

✓ Inform clients when their systems have watermarking issues.

✓ actively assist in enhancing procedures and records.

✓ Cooperate with other members of the team.
