🛄 Job Profile: – logistic Manager
Know more about this job- The candidate will be a part of a 20-member Teams. As a logistic Manager, you are required to build and sustain a strong and reliable relationship with the clients with your proactive communication and close coordination with other teams.
🛅 Job Roles and Responsibilities: –
*Samara tracking device will be responsible for tracing shipments.
*Customer service representative will provide constant visibility to clients on their shipments.
* Communicate with clients via emails/ phone and keep them updated on the pickups and deliveries.
*Coordinate with dispatch for accurate delivery ETAs and keep informed on truck availability.
* Compiling shipments reports for premium clients.
* Communicating and serving approvals of any accessory charge that may accrue on the shipments.
Requirement
📖 Qualification: – Graduate and above with valid U.S. logistic tracking experience may apply.
📝 Experience: –
*Freight forwarding, and load brokerage experience would be preferred.
* Any international and International logistics experience preferred.
