- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Job Description :
- Supports the implementation of a regional Benefits and Retirement strategy, working with the Total Rewards COE and BU HR
- Collaborates with the Total Rewards COE to identify any changes and update policies, guidelines and support materials
- Works with third-party partners, providing benefits and retirement services to employees/retirees, and manages open enrollment processes
- Manages day to day relationships with benefit and retirement partners and helps facilitate the resolution of support and service issues
- Delivers strategic benefits and retirement plan communications, partnering with regional and local partners as applicable
- Validates employee inputs and choices based on eligibility guidelines and verifies employee choices are correctly updated in proper systems
- Partners with Payroll and third-party partners to collect reports and data (e.g., review membership lists and/or invoices for accuracy and advise insurers/vendors of additions or removals)
- Collects audit data with the third parties and manages compliance risks
- Acts as a point of escalation for benefits and retirement inquiries, escalating to Total Rewards COE as needed
