•Hands-on experience on handling tools like BMC Remedy, ECRM, Net-cool, MRTG etc
📌Skills and Requirements:
•Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology
•Any degree with Networking Experience
•Should have customer centric approach
•Learning agility and task execution skills are must
•Candidate with CCNA/CCNP/CCIE certification will be an added advantage
