• The candidate should be passed M.Sc in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or any quantitative field

Job Description – AkzoNobel Off Campus Recruitment 2023

• Partner with all the Supply Chain COE team leaders (Supply, Inventory, Demand, Logistics, S&OE, IBP, Network strategy) to determine opportunities / requirements for Data analytics solutions that can drive revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and customer value
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements, systems, and solutions
• Design, develop and document the technical solution: creation of data pipelines for data transfer between different storage services
• Do data transformation, cleaning , modeling data
• Maintenance of the solution: Actively monitor and manage the system/ solutions performance in close contact with the solution architect
• DevOps/ Agile WoW
• Work with the IT partners to ensure the delivery of world-class solutions for the business processes needed in the end-to-end Supply Chain functions
• Utilize advanced analytics, automation and emerging technologies to improve performance and results.
• Work with IM organization to build strong data foundation using Azure Data lake, SAP HANA system
• Build up a governance model to work with IM organization for support & change management process for all analytics projects
• Perform technical solution design and implementation for complex dashboard requests
• Provide best practices on visualization & data solutions

Experience & Skills Required – AkzoNobel Off Campus Recruitment 2023

• Platform: Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Alteryx
• Experience in supply chain
• Familiar with Agile
• Working knowledge of SAP systems (ERP, BW, HANA) and industry leading BI Platforms (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Spotfire, Tableau) and coding languages (Microsoft Azure, R , Python, etc.).
• Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with Azure Data components such as Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Warehouse, SYNAPSE Analytics
• Experience in BI stacks- SSIS, Good to have knowledge about cubes using SSAS.
• Experience in RDBMS and data modelling
• Knowledge of data warehousing principles, architecture and implementation.
