•100% of production time to be spent logged in on calls or web chat support for customer
•Answer calls & chats with an approach to deliver positive customer satisfaction
•Articulate complex client plans and provisions in a simplified and understandable manner .
•Maintain internal & client defined quality on calls and chat.
•Adheres to Customer Service Attendance & Accountability policies
•Ensures Customer Service Representative, Team & Client level targets are met or exceeded consistently
•Take complete ownership of self-learning & development
✓ For IT Operations:
• Provide hands on technical support related to the overall health and maintenance of the Windows operating environments in support of 24/7 operations
• Ability to decompose complex problems to ensure timely and accurate resolution of system anomalies before they impact operations.
• Performance and capacity management of the server environment
• Design and execute disaster recovery plans
• Backup and recovery of the server environment
