•Associates are responsible for the providing day to day support on client projects and works closely with our Senior Associates and Project Leads in executing several projects during the day
•Work on time sensitive research requests from clients, responsible for scoping the client needs, deliver custom research , customer support and provide the most appropriate solutions to our end clients
•Responsible for building and recruiting new topic experts through active research and networking. Develop relationships with experts who are leading thought leaders and experts in their respective industries
•Partner with the product delivery team to work on newer product / service offerings and provide proactive solutions/suggestions in improving the team processes and client experience
