πŸ“ŒPosition Purpose
 
A growing European Transaction Bank in APAC that provides key product offers in Cash Management, Traditional Trade, Supply Chain Management and Commodity Trade solutions. This role which is part of the Transaction Banking APAC COO team will be working with senior business leaders and supporting the function in managing business performances and executing a portfolio of projects and strategic initiatives and supporting staff engagement. The role is Regional and based in Singapore.
 
πŸ“ŒResponsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the preparation of business review decks and other presentations as required for TBA senior management meetings, town halls and off-site
  • Develop agendas for board/committee meetings, co-ordinate and review papers with management, and follow up on action points
  • Support the function in business performance reviews, headcount & cost monitoring and forecasting/budgeting exercises
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to drive greater transparency in understanding financial performance and addressing revenue leakages
  • Support the function in staff engagement
  • Support the function in executing other projects and strategic initiatives as assigned

  • Has a broad technical toolkit and the flexibility to address a variety of topics in a structured manner
  • Strong data visualization and storyboarding skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

πŸ“ŒSpecific Qualifications (if required)
  • Degree holder, preferably in Accounting & Finance with 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, and Excel are pre-requisites
  • Knowledge of MS Access, Power BI, and SharePoint will be beneficial
  • Previous business management/ consulting experience will be advantageous
