1. Implement EFQM Business Excellence framework across Business
2. Develop and Implement Plant vision- Has a good business overview.
3. Drive Strategy management process-Strategy formulation, Business Planning,
4. Drive Risk management and business continuity management
5. Drive VSDiA and Lean concepts in indirect areas
6. Drive Strategic Change Management at Plant Level – Agile, BBM,
7. Drive Strategic Communication
8. Support Business Process Management as per BBM

Requires

📖  Qualification: – Engineering OR Commercial graduate with exposure in Functional area like- Sales, Purchase, Business excellence, Organization Culture & Development.

Additional qualification preferred – MBA (General Management)

 📝 Experience: – Freshers can also apply.

📋  Skills: –

1. Trained EFQM Business Excellence Model Assessor
2. Exposure to Business excellence models like Deming, Malcolm Baldrige, X Matrix, Balance Scorecard,
3. Worked in corporate business planning and worked with senior management in strategy development.
4. Exposure to Lean manufacturing concepts like Toyota Production System, Bosch Production System, Ford Production System  
5. Exposure to Lean in Indirect areas
6. Exposure to Digital concepts, Projects identification, and implementation
7. Good communication both written and oral
8. Good workshop moderation skills
9. Good Presentation skills
