Educational Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Computer Science, or equivalent

Job Description – Cepheid Job Openings

• Develop automated test framework for functional and regression testing.
• Responsible for developing the automated test suite for the product.
• Provide software verification documentation including, but not limited to, Test Plans, and Verification Reports
• Responsibility includes interacting with cross-functional stakeholders from SQA, Marketing, Service and support organizations, and project/program managers during the development and delivery of the product.
• Work closely with software development to understand product requirements and to create corresponding test plan, test designs\test protocols, and build test strategies for the project.

Experience & Skills Required –  Cepheid Software Engineer I Jobs 2023

• The Candidate have 1+ years software automation testing experience with Java
• Experience in developing automated tests for web/cloud applications with Java
• Experience building automation frameworks and/or test infrastructure from scratch

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Knowledge of API Testing
• Knowledge of BDD, Cucumber framework
• Experience with REST, JSON
• Experience with databases
