Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all the requests are accomplished accurately on daily basis with strategic approach and always up for the payroll deadlines with procedural guidelines
- Deliver exceptional service and ensure high level of excellence by maintaining proactiveness
- Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through timely closure
- Discuss within the team before escalating the doubtful queries to the NL HR team
- Take responsibility for keeping up to date with Deloitte HR policy and process developments Support current and future business needs by maintaining consistency in the performance
- Performs other duties as assigned
