🛄 Job Profile: – Project Consultant in the Transport domain.
🛅 Job Roles and Responsibilities: –
- Passionate about creating impact
- Persuasion and persistence to engage with government functionaries and deliver on program/ project objectives
- Ability to manage high-stake projects in partnership with external stakeholders, especially senior government officials
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Willingness to extend oneself to accomplish work objectives with tight deadlines, simultaneously pursuing excellence.
- Willingness to take initiative and ownership of individual projects.
- Computer Skills: MS-office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Knowledge of other Analytical/ Digital tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, as well as set and achieve specific targets.
Requirement:-
📖 Qualification: – Master’s degree from a recognized university
📝 Experience: – Minimum 5 years of work experience in business consulting/ research/ performance improvement.
📋 Skills: –
- Experience of having worked with Government/ International Financial Institutions Clients shall be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the policies pertaining to transport/metro/bus/port theme.
- Candidates with experience in Management Consulting shall be preferred.
