• Responding to alerts and escalations. Work with engineering teams to define Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for System Management and Response Team (SMART).
• Automate SOPs.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues and errors.
• Tracking and documenting issues and compiling Incident reports.
• Collaborating with teams on the development and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Creating Monitoring alerts and Dashboards.

• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of configuring Monitoring tools. Examples Datadog, Uptrends, and Azure.
• AWS Certification (Good to have)
