🛅 Job Roles and Responsibilities: –

. Getting into the P1 bridge with various team members assists them to troubleshoot & close the P1 bridge.

· Post updated to the respective clients in periodic intervals, Post closure resolution to all team members at the end of the call.

· Very extensive documentation skills & communication skill is a must.

· Need to good client handling skills, need to be able to respond to the client in all medians available.

· Must have Excellent communication skills, both phone and written with a demonstrated ability to translate the most complex technical issues into easy-to-understand terms.

· Good Understanding and knowledge of CCNA and Cloud computing Understanding of the remote monitoring concepts of Network, Server, and storage.

· Basic Knowledge of windows server concepts.

· Basic Knowledge of RHEL Responsible for monitoring infrastructure, network, servers, devices, and applications.

· Proactive monitoring, handling, remediation, and escalation of events.

· Level 2 Troubleshooting and remediation of system and application administration tasks.

· Should be available to operate in a 24/7 work environment.

· Incident tracking and documentation.

· Handle incident response, troubleshooting, and remediate or Escalate the incident.

· Exhibit a sense of urgency to resolve/Escalate issues.

· Ensure SLAs and Operational standards are met.

· Communicate clearly on tickets, and phone calls made to the team about various issues.

· Get different internal/external groups together to resolve production site issues effectively.

· Contribute to Operations handbook.

· Ensure smooth hand-offs between shifts.

· Raise tickets to different internal groups to resolve recurrent problems, alerts, and follow-up on escalated issues.

· Basic Knowledge of RHEL (Linux) Basic Knowledge of AWS services.

· Good Understanding and knowledge of CCNA and Cloud computing.

· Voice, Email, Chat, General Good network diagnostic skills Strong analytical skills and ability to collate and interpret data from various sources.

· Ability to assess and prioritize faults and respond or escalate accordingly. Contribute to Operations handbook. Ensure smooth hand-offs between shifts.
