📌Responsibility/Job Description-

❇️ Handle the candidates queries about company programs  and the explain admissions procedure over calls/emails/chatbox promptly and solve their queries accurately and within minimum time.

❇️Counselling the inbound calls on various platforms.

❇️Make proper planning for the work in various methods to improve the admission process with each consecutive batch of admissions.

❇️ You have the ability to make alterations / make convince to clients to improve the targeted admissions.

❇️Counseling the candidates on call to help them understand the program details and how the programs can add value to their career, to explain the importance of the program, explain their questions if they have any about the program and solve it 

❇️Record the information and update the FAQs (on the website) as per the latest developments.

📌Skills Required –

🟢Must have High levels of emotional intelligence skills, in particular empathy and good listening Ability.

🟢 Willingness to counsel the students who call and add value to them even if the applicant is not likely to become a part of our community or purchase any course.
