Qualification:-

Bachelor’s degree and above.
1-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role preferred
Ready to work in international voice process and 24×7 environment. Rotational offs (5days working)
Candidates should possess good communication skills in English
Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain composed in tough situations.
Must display a history of achieving goals in a high-performance environment.
Should possess extensive customer service and interaction skills in voice campaign
Experience in dealing calls with end customers is a must.
Immediate joiner or max notice of 30 days preferred.
