3:- Process claims in a timely manner, as per the required TAT.
4:- Correct errors or omissions on claims and investigate questionable data.
5:- To maintain quality as per the SLA.
6:- To maintain productivity as per the SLA.
7:- Continuously meet and exceed the assigned targets.
