• The Candidate have 2+ years of IT experience
• Writing, understanding, and debugging SQL queries, packages and procedures.
• Understanding complex data flows and entity relationship diagrams (ERD).
• Troubleshooting application errors submitted via support tickets while interact with submitter and development resources to provide a prompt resolution.
• Working knowledge of request and response APIs in order to debug and fix integration issues.
• Working knowledge of corporate sales and licensing processes.
• Experience with Apache and Tomcat web servers.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with or willingness to develop MariaDB and/or MongoDB skills.
• Experience with or willingness to learn about Salesforce and Dell Boomi.
• Experience with RedHat and/or SUSE Linux.

• Highly motivated self-starter and self-manager team player with a strong desire to learn new skills.
