Qualification : BS Computer Science/Management Information Systems/Science/ Engineering/Math/Physics/Chemistry
Skill Set :
- Hands-on experience on Core Java / J2EE technology projects
- Working knowledge of Application servers – Weblogic, Websphere
- Hands-on experience – Oracle database, basic knowledge of Oracle internals, performance tuning
- Exposure to UI technologies preferred – Knockout JS / OJET/ RequireJS/AJAX/jQuery/Javascript/CSS3/HTML5/JSON
- Familiarity with REST/Web Services/ORM will be added advantage
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
Job Description :
- Deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.
- Resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means
- Responsible for facilitating customer relationships
- Support and provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues
- Technical interface to customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for resolution of problems related to the installation
- Provide support to customers who contact the Oracle Solution Center and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
