4:- Help hotel owners to manage their portfolio network, improve revenue performance, solve issues, retain them, and drive customer experience.
5:- Handle hotel owner and customer escalations.

1:- Constant research on the catchment and identify key properties which can be acquired to do business with OYO.
2:- Meet property owners and sell OYO’s Vision of providing comfortable stays for many.
3:- Build a joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association.

5:- Liaise with the key stakeholders from lead generation till property going live.
