Job Description :
● Responsible for assisting Paytm’s Merchant with the integration of Paytm
Payment products.
● Working along with Paytm Product, Tech, and Business Team to
understand different product suites and their implementation.
● Take ownership of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues reported
by the merchants.
●Take part in meetings/concall with various internal and external stakeholders
involved in the Paytm payment product integration process.
● Responsible for a few operational tasks to manage their daily work via
different workflow tools.
●Accountable to ensure successful implementation of platform integration
between Paytm and Merchants
