Job Description :
- Conducting discussions with RBUs on matters related to vendor on boarding process including determination of TPI/Non TPI.
- Review of vendor onboarding forms like Appendix 1 and 2 etc. submitted by RBU and TPI.
- Assisting RBUs in addressing the questions asked in appendix 1 & 2 in accordance with
global requirements and obtaining final versions of appendices. - Uploading appendices in a centralized global database to initiate vendor due diligence.
- Reviewing and resolving the post monitoring alerts generated by centralized database based on information available on open source.
- Ensuring Annual compliance certifications are being received by TPI in specified time & manner
- Making sure that trainings conducted by AC team has been completed by TPI.
- Maintaining TPI records in a dynamic tracker indicating due diligence status, payment status, documents status and sharing the same with global team on weekly basis.
- Preparing various reports for review of global teams (e.g. ECC update, TPI count reports).
- Assisting Global Teams in carrying out TPI audits in an efficient and effective manner by compiling and sharing relevant information with Global team in time bound manner.
