- Lead a team of 6-10 Engineers
- Work with customer to Receive the work Package, understand the priority and timeline requirement
- Understand the work package, break it down into tasks, and Estimate and prepare the plan
- Execute the tasks according to the plan and provide timely status to the customer
- Engage with customers on daily basis provide status, receive inputs, and understand any changes in scope or priority
- Risk assessment of the project and provide timely feedback to LTTS management
- Work with LTTS cross-functional team for the smooth execution of the project
- Encourage and motivate the team to achieve maximum productivity and enhance their skills.
