1. Reviewing, Drafting, and negotiating agreements like – NDA, MSA, SLA, License Agreements, and Maintaining Agreement repository via MIS.
2. Close coordination with business teams.
3. Effectively communicating potential risks (Business or Legal) to the management and helping them make risk-free decisions.
4. Support other activities like Trademark application and management, supporting Finance/HR/Compliance in providing a legal opinion.
Requirement
