• SIEMENS Large Drives Applications (LDA) engineers and produces heavy-duty electrical drive systems for medium and high voltage ranges: electrical motors, converters and generators. Additionally, we offer special large drives for ships, mines and rolling mills. • In this role, you will participate into a career path, getting technical trainings on LDA products, followed by customer service’s related activities, aimed to support the main functions of the customer service department. Among the functions:
• To attend customer enquiries and other standard duties of a customer care representative.
• Specific focus areas (e.g. SLA, Repairs, Spares,) to be in full responsibility of the individual including offer making, order processing and service execution.
• Responsible for Hit Rates targets for area of responsibility.
• Close interaction with internal and external customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Contribute to improve interfaces and process in alignment with Business Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree on Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics engineering.
• Excellent communications skills (verbal and writing) as well as excellent attitude to work on teams.
• Customer oriented person who can ensure high satisfaction and differentiate SIEMENS service.
• Exposure to a multicultural environment during studies or previous work experience.
• A strong self-learner with high drive and commitment and the willingness to go the extra mile.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
• English fluent.
