Process- 1 (WFH)
•International banking process
•Interacting with the customers on call and resolve queries
•Handling dynamic situation on call with presence of mind.
•Work From Home from the beginning ( the company might ask to do WFO in the future)
Process 2:-
•1 to 3 Months WFO then WFH will be provided
•Handling Deaf and Mute Customers (by just •listening and repeating the exact sentence they are saying.
•Your voice will be captioned on their app so that they can read what they are saying)

•Should be excellent in English.
•Should be comfortable with rotational shift and rotational week-off
