🛄 Job Profile: – Chat Process and Semi Voice
🛅 Job Roles and Responsibilities: –
•You have to Answer the incoming chats and respond to customers’ emails
• Determines requirements by working with customers
• Provide a great experience to the customers by resolving their issues in minimum time.
• Document file all information according to standard operating procedures
• Handle customer complaints respectfully and professionally
• Recognize, document, and alert the management team for trends in customer
contacts
• Follow up with customers wherever necessary and take help from your seniors whenever required.
Requires
📖 Qualification: – Any Graduates are eligible to apply.
📝 Experience: – Freshers and Experienced Both.
📋 Skills: –
•Candidate Must have excellent communication skills.
•Basic Knowledge computer.
•Must possess the enthusiasm to demonstrate Customer First culture in every interaction
•Must have good typing skills
•Should have excellent Customer •Relationship Management skills, Email/Chat etiquette, and good time management skills
