- Applies different testing approaches and types i.e. regression, integration, exploratory, functional, usability, and performance testing to achieve the highest level of software quality.
- Write BDD feature files and test scenarios
- API Testing and automation using any one tool i.e. Postman, Rest Assured, SOUP UI.
- Create technical documentation and user guides for multiple features illustrates the backend implementation and frontend.
- Build data-driven quality metrics to identify gaps for multiple teams, and drive solutions that works on closing the quality mindset gaps.
- Promote Quality mindset culture across multiple engineering teams.
- Liaison with development team to assist with troubleshooting and help ensure end-to-end quality, process compliance, and issue resolution.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent degree.
- ± 4 – 6 years’ experience in software testing
- Certification: ISTQB Foundation Level (CTFL)
- Strong Cross-functional testing experience on Website/Mobile View and Mobile apps (iPhone / Android)
- Experience working within Agile practices and knowledge of Agile values & principles.
- High proficiency in using Jira and Confluence!
- High proficiency in using at least one of the test management solutions such as Zephyr or Testrail Or Quality Center!
- Strong Design, Execution and Reporting testing skills.
- Highly analytically thinking, team player with excellent problem solving skills, and strong ability to take an end-to-end approach to getting things done.
- Self-motivated, clear structured working style, demonstrates high-quality standards
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Practical experience using one of the automation tools i.e. Selenium WebDriver
- Proficiency in any one of the programming languages Python Or Javascript
- Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, Bitrise.
- Foundation in GitHub or similar version control tools.
- Experience in Performance testing using k6 is a plus.
