Vestas Hiring For A New Position.

• Simulation and modeling of the wind Power Plant including WTG, PV and storage
• Studying grid interconnection requirements and grid codes
• Evaluating site-specific grid interconnection solutions
• Design or review the design for the BoP (balance of plant) for wind power plant
• Presentations and meetings with Grid operators/customers for project-specific needs
• Work in close coordination with the Regional Technical Sale support team
• Report writing

Qualifications

• You hold a B.E / ME in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum industry experience of 3 years is required for instance in renewable energy
• You should possess great communication skills
• You speak and write English fluently

Competencies

• Knowledge of simulation tools like PSS/E Power Factory, PSCAD, or equivalent
• Experience of working for substation design and power system analysis
• Solid electrical engineering background in relation to substation engineering, Load flows, short circuit, transient analysis, relay settings and co-ordinations and BoP
• You are pro-enthusiastic, innovative and result-oriented attitude
• Good at using MS-OFFICE products WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT etc
