•Moderate video, platform content, and account behavior to ensure the compliance with Vimeo’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
•Review and decide user appeals, optimizing for efficiency and accuracy of video and data
•Validate and process copyright notices and communicate with users about the status of their inquiries in a timely manner.
•Review Copyright Audio Fingerprint match appeals submitted by the Vimeo users
•Investigate and remove suspicious user accounts, Content and restore accounts that have been mistakenly identified as inauthentic, spam, or fraud.
•Respond to internal escalations and questions from other teams in Slack or email
•Assist in reviewing our documentation (Internal Knowledge Base, Help Center articles, and macros) and suggest changes to improve content.
•Troubleshoot, triage, and vet issues reported by users and staff, reporting bugs to the engineering team
📌 Skills and Requirements:
•Min 1+ years of experience in Trust & Safety.
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English language
•Completion of graduation from any university/college
•Strong computer Operating skills
•Sound judgment and analytical abilities
•Strong attention to detail
•Willingness to comply with standard operating procedures
•Should be comfortable working 24/7 rotating shifts and attending late/early meetings with global collaborators
•Prior user-generated content moderation •experience a plus
