1.Perform order fulfillment from processing, entering customer information into the CRM, tracking etc.
2. Respond to the customer concerns, questions and their recommendations.

4. Research trends and promotional activities.
5. Create write-ups for products on website, social media etc.
6. Coordinate with suppliers on re-stocking & logistic partners on incoming product shipments.
