We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as a Business Analyst.

 

• Manage the entire testing progress to meet the timeline
• Track and ensure proper closure of UAT defects after testing is completed
• Manage testers’ work allocation and resolve the conflict between testers/users, BA, and developer
• Prepare testing report and report in a governance meeting
• Explain the impact of outstanding defects and provide suggestions on go/no-go deployment
• Drive daily calls with IT and Business for any clarifications and update

 

• A recognized Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT testing, preferably in the Insurance industry
• Strong hands-on functional testing experience
• Ability to write test plans, test cases and oversee the QA activity for a small testing team
• Strong technical skills, API
• Proficiency using JIRA
• Exposure to Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong team player
