Job Description:
- Project Management analyst will be responsible for the smooth and efficient management of the end to end coordination of multiple projects for the set of countries.
- He / She is responsible for planning, commissioning, and monitoring the activities for successful completion of assigned projects.

Coordination:
- Ensure delivery of a complete project management service to Operating Companies from inception to completion
- Coordinate with CS teams, Scripting, DP, Charting, regional and local PM, RM, fieldwork coordinator, media team for seamless execution of the projects.
- Work with senior Project managers to set clear priorities, action plans and expectations for running of projects • Continuously review the services provided to the clients to identify and exploit potential efficiencies
- Take accountability of deadlines – actively escalate and seek help if timings are not being met
- Report any problems that arise on the projects, and be aware of the troubleshooting steps and action taken
- Trouble shoot / resolve queries from various stakeholders and conduct RCA for any issues during the project cycle
- Decision making to provide solutions and suggestions
- Take ownership of all the outcomes of the project managed
- Keep all parties informed of status and progress
Communication:
- Independently handle client communication
- To establish a point of contact with your client and develop the relationship
- To actively encourage closer relations between Client Service, local teams and technical teams.
- Lead / Attend kick off meetings, review meetings, regular status calls and provide regular project status updates, handling queries, supporting and guiding all relevant teams.
