🛅 Job Roles and Responsibilities: – We are looking for an enthusiastic Chat sales and Tele Sales Executive to contribute to growing business for our company. The candidate will be responsible for contributing to Lenskart sales over the chat and maintaining good customer relationships.
*Greeting all the customers and guiding them about Lenskart as a brand and its products.
*Contact and maintain a cordial relationship with existing Lenskart customers.
*Being dedicated to customer satisfaction and resolving any concerns that the customer has.
*Understanding the Chat sales system and dialers to ensure that the transactions are processed effectively and timely.
*Excellent negotiation skills to close sales.
*Pitching the customer with an optimal selection of products based on customer preferences.
*Understanding the unstated needs of the customer, asking relevant questions, and picking the right time to pitch the recommended solutions.
