🛅 Job Roles and Responsibilities: –
- Established capability to lead the engineering team at site and home office.
- Global Codes, Standards, and Best Engineering Practices.
- Ensure quality by adherence to the company’s quality document and regular check of work done by juniors.
- Process workflow and interdisciplinary coordination
- Exposure to the multidisciplinary working environment.
- Process Deliverables for Conceptual, FEED, and EPCM projects – Brownfield and greenfield US and Europe-based standards and worked on a project related to it.
- Preparation of Design Basis, Process description, and various Process Philosophies
Simulation and Hydraulic Calculations.
- Review all discipline engineering and design deliverables including PFD, UFD, H&MB, P&ID, and datasheets.
- Complete calculations and data sheets for Tanks, Spheres, Vessels / Separators, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Compressors, etc.
- Complete calculations and data sheet for Control valves, Instruments, PSVs, Blowdown, and De-pressuring valves.
- Prepare a Cause and Effect chart, Control Narrative, etc.
- Preparation of Line list, Equipment list, Utility summary, Hazardous Area Classification Schedule, Tie-in List, Effluent and Emission Summary, Relief Summary, etc.
- Preparation of package datasheet, Review of offers, and comment on Vendor documents.
Experience is Process Improvement for Breweries plant.
- Participate in Design Review, 3D Model, P&IDs, PHA, HAZOP, SIL, and other safety reviews along with clients.
- Perform inter-discipline squad checks.
- Site surveys, Collection of data from the site.
- Awareness of Technical audits and quality reviews.
- Site pre-commissioning activities and engineering support.
Requirement:-
📖 Qualification: – BE in Chemical Engineering
📝 Experience: -6-10 Years relevant.
