🛅 Job Roles and Responsibilities: –
- Prospecting and qualifying lead from cold calls.
- Reaching out to potential clients through calls.
- Following up with potential customers to facilitate leads.
- Effectively understand the client’s requirements.
- Keeping track of all attempts to close leads, both successful and unsuccessful.
- Handling grievances in a manner that preserves the company’s reputation.
- Making phone calls per day based on the daily target.
- Improve the quality of customer service for existing & prospective customers.
Requirement:-
📋 Skills:
. Prior experience working as a Telesales Executive is a must.
· Good English and Arabic communication skills.
· Good interpersonal skills.
· Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
· Contact Center experience in telesales (1-2 years)
· Mandatory Language: English and Arabic(Khaleeji dialect)
