Job Details:
- ON Role: Customer Support Associate – Voice Process
- Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of the customer via call
- Qualification: HSC / Diploma / Any Arts and Science and Engineering graduates can apply (Backlogs accepted)
- Should have excellent communication in English
- Should be fluent in Kannada or Hindi any one language is mandatory
- Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities
- Should have some basic knowledge about health care
- Fixed Day shift for female
- Rotational shift for male
- Cab will be provided for night shift only
- Work Location: Electronic city, Bangalore
- Experience: 0 to 1yr
- Salary: 2.2 LPA to 3.2 LPA + Incentives
