🛅 Job Roles and Responsibilities: –
•Demonstration of the applied understanding of standard processes and procedures for preparing, installing, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacing, and/or decommissioning equipment.
•Provide the remote support guidance to third party whose personnel physically executing to: Power cycles, swapping of failed components, handling of the storage media, and general troubleshooting for production, leading edge data center network and compute devices and related infrastructure
•Develop an understanding of the cross-functional procedure to support the partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
•Participates in the regular safety briefings, completes required safety training, follow up the safety procedures (e.g., equipment use, lifting, electrical hazards, ladder/rolling stair use).
Requires
📖 Qualification: – 10th Pass ( High school diploma with baisc computer hardware components knowledge AND 1+ year(s) experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
📝 Experience: – Freshers are also eligible if – Applicable certifications: CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Basic Structure Cabling (BSC).

•Able to support frequent standing, walking, lifting, and working at heights with or without equipment assistance.
